The agriculture is the foundation of national economy in our country. The core of agricultural question is the land. The contradiction between dweller and land is restricting the rural economy and society's development continuously. The rural land system is the key to affect the agriculture to synergize, the farmer's income additionally to increase, and the countryside to remain stable. Moreover it also has the pivotal function to the entire social economy development. After more than 20 years reform, our country has established new rural land system named "household contract responsibility system", which has poured the vigor into the agricultural productive forces. Although the household contract responsibility system had made the indelible contribution to the Chinese rural productive forces and even the entire national economy development in the certain time, its disadvantages revealed day after day along with the productive forces further development. The main reason is: the farmers' benefits are to suffer injury for their rights flaw; the small scale economy pattern will be difficult to form the economies of scale; lack of the transferability; lack of the perfect mechanism to transfer. So the countryside must carry on the new land system transformation so that the scientific rural land system and the rural land market can be established, and farmer's production enthusiasm also can be fully aroused.This article which takes the countryside land system as the research object and takes enhancing the farmland management benefit maximumly, guaranteeing the farmland resources to be used highly effective as the goal, on the bases of summarizing the disadvantages of existing land household contract responsibility system in our country, introduce western the trust system, adopt the method of unifying the theory and the real, and systematically elaborated the land trust system which can adapt national condition should be established in our countryside. The operation theory of this system is the peasant household gives the trust company (trustee) the land who has the contracting right to manage land (trust property), then trust company should be with the good intentions and the discrete principle, and assigns regularly the benefits to the peasant (beneficiary).Through the trust system, the countryside land can conbine with fund and technology better, and realize farmer's benefits maximumly. On the other hand, this article also analyses the related interior and exterior measures construction for developing the trust system. The internal measures include: establishing the reasonablebenefit guarantee mechanism, making the competitive trust company, establishing land trust registration system; The exterior measures include: establishing perfect supervising and managing system, transforming the rural government's function, extending the finance channels of land trust company. In one word, I wish this article can provides some trifle reference to the theory and the practice research work of our countrysideland system reformation.
