With economic development, population's growth, contradiction between mankind increasing production living needs day by day and farm land as the material base that the mankind depends on for existence and development, is conspicuous increasingly. How to appraise and divide the grade of farm land scientifically, so as to plan rationally and manage land, realize farm land to be utilized high-efficiently, taking and mending balance of the quality and quantity, implement the land paid utilization system, ensure the sustainable development of agriculture, has already become the focus studied in contemporary land management.By using GA-BP network Model and the farm land grading data of Hanchuan in Hubei Province, this article expounds on the following aspects:1. Based on Neural Network, built BP Network model of farm land nature quality mark computing;2. Utilized Genetic Algorithm to optimize BP Network model computing farm land nature quality mark, established GA-BP network Model of farm land nature quality mark computing, then gave GA-BP Algorithm;3. Application of BP network model and GA-BP network model and comparison analyse of these two models were also provided in the paper, using farm land nature quality mark computing of Hanchuan in Hubei Province as a sample;4. Adopting the Matlab language to program and solve BP Network model of farm land nature quality mark computing and optimized model.
