Researching For Chinese Government Finance

With the acceleration of economic globelization and deepenig of economic and politics system reform and carrying forward of socialism market economy, Chinese local government is facing new opportunities and challenges, Chinese local government depends on improving district developing environment and effectively assembling local economic factors against preferential economic policy, limited financial capital from traditional way couldn't meet need of their-controlling and promoting local economy sustained, rapid, healthy and harmonious development. It becomes more and more important and urgent for our local government to research how to utilize and assemble resources, and develop new financial channel.This thesis comprises of four parts, in the first part, author introuduces related idea of finance and local government finance, and uses finance theory related with west economics for reference, in the second part, put forward fundamental principles of local government: and channels of local government finance, in the third part ,1 introduces the present situation and question of local government finance, in the final part, put forward the way to deal with the situation of local government finance, and propose local government publish municipal securities to reduce pressure of local government finance.
