The Research On The Interaction Mechanism & Performance Between Venture Capital And High(New)-tech Outcome Industrialization

The fast and healthy development of high(new) technology industry is very important to upgrading of our country's industry structure . In the same time, the improvement of economy increasing speed and quality is very marked because of the upgrading of industry structure. The development of high-tech industry is dependent on the industrialization course of high-tech outcome. So, industrialization course of high-tech outcome is very important factor. Industrialization course of high-tech outcome has much relationship with venture investment, that's more, there is interaction relationship between venture investment and high-tech outcome industrialization. Based on the development of appropriate interaction, it contributes to the fast and healthy development of economy.Based on the this basis, the thesis exerts the method of systemic thinking to find out the relevant integral factors of the interaction system of venture investment and high(new)_tech outcome industrialization and their action mechanism, and the thesis sets up the multiplayer structure model of interaction relationship based on the factors of interaction system and the theory model based on the appropriate interaction between venture investment and high(new)_tech outcome industrialization. That's more, on the basis of the theory model, the thesis has gained a actual model about the interaction development of venture investment and high(new)_tech outcome industrialization according to our country's matter of fact, and we found out the distance between the theory model and actual condition. This thesis researches the interaction performance of venture investment and high(new)_tech outcome industrialization according to micro performance and macro performance. The thesis establishes a micro-level measurement index system of interaction performance. At the same time, the thesis establishes a performance measurement model with AHP method and fuzzy maths theory, and uses this measurement model to carry out quantitative study about the interaction performance as to USA and China and finds out the distance between the two countries. On the basis of the quantitative study to relevant model and the actual analysis of our country's(including Hunan province) venture investment and high(new)_tech outcome industrialization, the thesis finds out the effective methods to improve the interaction performance of venture investment and high(new)_tech outcome industrialization of our country.Through the study, the thesis can make up for certain shortcoming for the theory study of interaction relationship between venture investment and high(new)_tech outcome industrialization., and the study can supply certain basis for improving the interaction performance of our country's venture investment and high(new)_tech outcome industrialization, and it can make certain contribution to the development of our country's venture investment and high(new)_tech industry.
