The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in international economy of China. Along with the reform of economic system deepening and the opening setup enlarging, the competitive environment that the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country are faced with is more and more complex, which needs corresponding management innovation. The modern logistics is an effective approach for the SMEs to improve its competitive ability. This paper gives a brief introduction of the logistics delivery history overseas and the status quo of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Also the paper analyzes several typical logistics delivery models including the third-party logistics model, the coordinated logistics model and the self-supporting model etc. The concept and meaning of each model are described and the comparative advantages are also pointed out. The paper discusses the way to implement them and the problem needed to be noticed and solved. Suggestions are also given to china's SMEs according to the reality of SMEs'developments in china and also considering the practices of the enterprises development stages. Facing the challenge of information age, the implementation of logistic management is the only way for the small and medium-sized enterprises in china to survive and develop. It can help to optimize the delivery schedule, increase delivery efficiency, and reduce the delivery cost in and all-round way to enhance the competitive ability of the company.
