As a result of the easy access to computers and popularity of internet, computerized accounting through net-work and e-commerce is now not far away from us. Now, users include the facets of corporate users to home users. This not only brings people convenience and real-time business transactions, but also lowers the consumption of papers which helps to protect the environment. Through internet, the convenience of e-commerce resulted from the easy access to the required information and to make business transactions without time limit and place limit. However, in line with the ever advancing technology, there comes many loopholes and also for those not yet detected and for those still without remedies. In addition, somebody with bad intent will make use of the loopholes to interfere and attack the net-work and to steal other' s information and property.
