Study On Financing Efficiency Of Small And Medium Enterprises In Zhejiang

Nowadays, small and medium enterprises are the basis of many national economies and one of the most active factors in the social-economic infrastructure. But, a number of difficulties and problems need to be overcome in the rapid development of such enterprises. Among those, "financing difficulty" has become the primary restriction of the economic development in the small and medium enterprises. From a deeper level, this actually reflects the financing inefficiency of the small and medium enterprises, i.e., small and medium enterprises cannot choose capital channels and adjust the financing structure according to their assets structure, profit-making ability and risk condition.Zhejiang is the most active place in China's economic development, and one with the most concentration of small and medium enterprises. Consequently, the difficulty and low efficiency of funding are also most prominent. It is also more urgent to learn to satisfy small and medium enterprises' financing needs and to improve the efficiency of financing. In the macro environment, it is of very significant practical importance that we summarize the experience of Zhejiang small and medium enterprises, and actively explore financing tactics that conform to the characteristic of the enterprises and improve their financing efficiency.Based on the enterprise financing theory of financial economics, this article analyzes the various factors that influence the efficiency of enterprise financing, uses theoretical analysis and fuzzy analysis to compare the efficiency of small and medium enterprises' different financing methods, and explores the suitable financing ways through experimental tests. At last, on the base of reality in Zhejiang, this paper suggests some feasible measurements to promote the financing efficiency of small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang according to their present situation.
