The corporate culture is a new kind of managing theory and method which has the more integrated system and has been put into effect. In pace with the deepening of Chinese structural reforms and the constructing of Chinese marketing economic system, the theory of corporate culture spread in China. More and more enterprises paid attention to the corporate culture construction and made more progress. Considering the difference of the situation of a certain country and its national culture, there are many problems in building and developing the corporate culture. The essential problem is how to make the corporate culture according with the situation of country. Many Chinese enterprises rather prefer to use the western theory instead of choosing a theory according to the character of the enterprise and the situation to build the corporate culture, which lead the corporate culture to impact the enterprises' management ineffectively. It's important to build the effective corporate culture according with the situation of China and the character of enterprises.The thesis suggests that the enterprise build the corporate culture with the Chinese characteristic including the managing philosophy of continuable developing, the prevailing implicit values of putting the human fundamental, the corporate spirit of participating and innovation, and the corporate morality of paying attention to the harmoniousness based on analyzing the connection between the modern corporate culture and the Chinese traditional culture, summarizing the fundamental spirits of the Chinese traditional culture by means of the methods of dialectic materialism and the historical materialism. The analysis in the thesis is related to the managing knowledge, sociology and history, which will be beneficial to develop the theory of the corporate culture in China and create practical influence on the Chinese enterprises.This thesis' contribution includes three main parts. The first part is having established the base of following analysis by summarizing logically the Chinese traditional culture. The second is analyzing dialectically the influence of the Chinese traditional culture to the modern corporate culture. The third is having discussed the connection between the Chinese traditional culture and the modern corporate culture and built the modern corporate culture with Chinese characteristic associating with theactual situation in this time. The fourth is having proved the opinion with the example of TongRenTang to show that the research will create a practical influence on the Chinese enterprises.
