The consumption on housing has become a consumption hot point among civilians that live in the town region of our country. With the development of our country's economy and the incessant maturity of the housing consuming market, the competition between real estate enterprises has become more and more seriously. If a real estate enterprise wants to defeat others, it should pay attention to the requirements of market and customer, have adequate information support and correct judgment for the incessant change market. Therefore, the effect of analyzing and integrating the information resource has become more and more obvious in the serious competition. As is known to all, the real estate vocation possesses of large accumulative data, including vocational information, economic information and customer information etc, of course, which are the important reference for the operation of real estate enterprise market. Facing the rapid incensenient of large data collection, enterprises should have potent data analysis tools to transform the "fluent data" into "valuable knowledge", otherwise, large data will become "fluent data without useful information", what we call "data grave".At present, database technology has been widely used in many vocations. So many important data hide behind the large data which are stored in database. This information describes the whole character of data and predicts the development trend, which has significant reference value in the process of making decision and help people make decision. Nowadays, in order to acquire this information, knowledge discovery is a technology what has been used relatively widely. Knowledge discovery in database can be define as identifying the effective, original, potential and something that ultimately can be understood as the mode of out of common process. Not only can it learn some existent knowledge, but also it is able to discovery unknown knowledge. The acquired knowledge is visual which can be comprehended by people and has the advantage for store and application. By using the method of knowledge discovery to develop data mining for the real estate customer' information will help to discover the develop trend of operation, disclose known facts, predict unknown results and assist enterprises to work out the key factor for solving problems, which makes enterprises dominate advantageous places.The thesis introduces technologies of knowledge discovery and data mining into the information research of real estate enterprises customers. According to generally wielding the artifice of knowledge discovery, the theory of customer research, the research background and base of real estate vocation, the thesis analyzes the application of knowledge discovery method when it bases on the detail analysis of customer value, the clustering analysis of customer value and the fuzzy AHP of customer satisfaction degree, and establishes the information analysis model for real estate enterprises' customers and detailed flow which bases on the knowledge discovery.It is hoped that the study of the thesis will provide some beneficial help to our country's real estate enterprises, make them have the ability to quantitatively analyze some customer information correctly, improve the scientific decision-making competence, and increase the market competition competence.
