With the development of trade liberalization, the tariff barrier andnon-tariff barrier have been effectively brought under control. But inthe service sector, the barrier problem is still very rampant. It hasserious influence on the trade development speed, market opening extentand penetration to other markets etc. Meanwhile, it is beneficial for usto understand more deeply the utilization of international rules and theforeign policies by studying it thoroughly, which can make us stand atthe invincible point in the international trade arena. It is because thatthe article has realized the importance of international rules andpolicies, it has chosen this topic to explain and depict the applicationto international barrier. And because the service trade itself has a largemeaning of economics, it is inevitable that the article use a lot of wordsto demonstrate very deeply the development of China's service sectorbetween the interaction of the protection and opening of China's servicesector.The article has five chapters, which are unfolded in the sequence ofgeneral introduction, foreign issue and domestic issue. The first chaptergives a very rough idea about the international trade service barrier tolay solid foundation for further exploration of this topic. In the secondchapter, the article emphasizes the current condition and problem ofChina's service sector. In the third chapter, as the key chapter of thisarticle, it particularly explores the opening and protection of China'sservice sector and the principle it should apply during such process. Theforth chapter gives us practical suggestions to develop China's servicesector. And in the final chapter, the article makes a conclusion aboutthis issue.
