The born and development of township enterprise is affiliated with china's dual economy structure, and it is an important factor of the success in rural economy reform. But for the time being there are still some obstacles in the development of township enterprise.2. The development of Beijing township enterprises fluctuates obviously, and Beijing township enterprises are also facing up some difficulties.3. A main difficulty of Beijing township enterprises is financial problem. Before 1990,the feature of finance structure is indirect finance and exterior finance, and the main capital channel is loan from banks. After 1990, township enterprises' own capital grows rapidly, and becomes the main financial channel gradually, then it is very difficult to get finance from exterior. There are some macro and micro factors which caused this phenomenon. We should take some efficient and constructive measures to resolve the problems in finance of Beijing township enterprises.4. After 1978, the speed of Beijing township enterprises' investment grows sharply, which promotes the development of Beijing economy. But there are also many restricting factors, both exterior and interior. As for exterior factors, industry restriction, tax policies, imperfect laws are the main reasons. Obscure ownership, bad corporate governance and bad mechanism of encouragement and restriction are the main interior factors. We should find some good solutions from these two aspects.
