Strategic Research Of LONGZHIYUAN Coal Company

Based on the theory of development strategy in combination with some specificquantitative methods, this thesis has made a systematic, deep investigation into a strategyplanning problem of LongZhiYuan Coal Company. This paper takes LongZhiYuan Coal Company as research object and its framework asfollows: Firstly, it makes introduction of the enterprise's backgrounds of strategic-managementresearch, the purpose, contents, flow of the article, and theory of strategic-management.Secondly describes strategic-management practices of LongZhiYuan Coal Company, andanalyzes the external environments and internal environments of the company by usingAHP, getting EFE, IFE matrix of LongZhiYuan Coal Company. The third part uses SWOTmatrix, and it works out choice of strategic schemes. After evaluating the spare schemes ofdevelopment strategy through the QSPM method, the paper set up the development strategyfor LongZhiYuan Coal Company Chapter four focuses on the performance evaluationstowards strategic-management and controls the strategy by feedback and control theories.The last part reaches several conclusions.The paper uses theories of strategy management knowledge and quantitative analysismethod to set up the development strategy for LongZhiYuan Coal Company, to make sure thecompany can develop steadily.
