A Study Of Real Estate Investment Trusts

In this paper, we introduce international Real Estate Investment Trusts, including it'skinds, structure, operating models and character. And we show a example about hotelREITs to make clear it's characters. Finally, we analyze our country's financeenvironment and financing models in real estate, on this condition we search after anddiscuss our country's REITs models in the future.This paper consists of five core contents as follows:First part is the introductions of concepts, character, types, structure, operatingmodels of REITs in America, Asia and Europe. Then we compare and analyze theseREITs each other.Second part analyzes the REITs investment character. We show it's merit andshortcoming. Then we analyze the relationship between REITs and other financeproducts. What's more, this part evaluates it's risk and yield.Third part illustrates hotel REITs to search after it's history, character and therelations with other finance tools. Through this example we can know investing stylesand habits of those investors.Fourth part introduces the real estate status and finance environment in our countrynow. With this understanding, we analyze REITs' instauration, development and theirdifficulty in our country.Final part is a piece of advice that what kinds of REITs we should set up and how toset up and develop them.
