Studies On Problems And Measures Of Elder Security In China's Rural Area

With the development of economy and age structure changes of population in the rural area of China, the problems of rural elder security which relate to the rural population become more and more important, and become one of the problems that should be solved immediately. Resolving the problem of rural elder security is named to meet the fanners' basic requirement, and also the key to the problem of rural social security. This paper based on the analysis of problems of elder security in China's rural area and the reason for rural elder security has more problems, points out that the harmonious development of family elder security and social elder security, to meet the requirement of rural elder. Specifically, this paper has four parts. First part introduces the history variance of elder security in China's rural area, narrates the necessity to establish rural elder security. Second part analysis the problems of elder security in China's rural area. Thirdly part produces why rural elder security has more problems, thinks main includes economic, policies and law, cultural, population reasons and so on. At last, based on the fore three parts, the author puts forward suggestions that the family elder security and social elder security should develop harmoniously and discusses some thoughts to implement it.
