Study On Evaluating The Quality Of Growth In West Area

The opening, exploitation and development of the west area are the important part as Chinese economy and the society development. The quality of growth in west and the development status will influence and restrict west economy, social harmony and the modernization course of Chinese economy. Improving the quality of growth in west area and swelling competition will be a hotspot How to improve conditions for the quality of growth in west area and make a way with quantity and quality that will be an important and actual significance researchful problem.This thesis contributes in qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, canonical analysis and demonstration analysis from statiscal point of view. This thesis is organized as follows. Firstly, based on the economy growth theory, we characterize the qualityof growth. Secondly, according to the idiographic status of economy in west area and the four factors analytical method to economy growth factor, we establish an indicator framework for the quality of growth in west area to evaluate the quality of growth from 2000 to 2004. Then, the quality of growth is divided to three parts, namely, economy running quality, denizen living quality and zoology environment quality. Finally, we sum up and analysis the infaust factors which restrict to improve the quality of growth in west area and table a proposal in order to use for reference when the government make decision.When the author makes integrated evaluating to the quality of growth in west area, she contributes more aimas linearity function, and adopts experts researching to enact the indicators power. Then we make idiographic analysis study by making use of linear regression in order to ulteriorly open out every factor's infection to the quality of growth in west area and find out the restricting factors.
