The Economic Benefit Mechanism And The New Thoughts About Perfecting The Socialist Distribution System

The income distribution is an important theoretical and realistic problem in the process of social economy development, and this article is to study the micro- economic function of the distribution system, namely that reasonable distribution system can formulate valid benefit mechanism which can stimulate people lo participate the action of creating social wealth actively. The article is divided into live parts totally. The first part has discussed the relativity between the economic mechanism and distribution system. The second part has analyzed the problem of distribution system under the planning system, and has pointed that the distribution syslem is short of efficiency because of its unreasonable distribution mode. The third purt has investigated the changing process of the socialism distribution from the dynamic angle. The fourth part has elaborated the economic benefit mechanism of the distribution system under the socialist market economy. The fifth part has pointed out that the mechanism dissipation phenomenon in our country currently is mainly because of the inefficiency of the distribution system and the existence of illegal and unsound income, and has putted forward some realistic policies.The innovation of the study is in three aspects. Firstly, this article has concerned on the mechanism effect of distribution and the rationality of judgment on distribution system from mechanism effect. This is a new research angle.
