| The project post-estimation are developing later in our country.It hasbeen the developing state in the construction engineering project ,and relevanttheories and methods are not very elaborate,the uniform system ofpost-estimation are not set up yet.By economy situation today,it is a solutionwhich improves and perfect means for the system of the constructionalinvestment project post-estimation.In this paper,We introduce the concepts purposes and methods of thepost-estimation..By using these methods,We post-estimit for the waste waterrecovery of evaporation in Jilin Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd.The waste water recovery of evaporation has been worked out FS in2002.10 and has been run in 200312.Now , it is working yet.So according thisactual runing status,using the theoretical system and ways of thepost-estimation.We post-estimate for this project.By the Post-estimation forthe project,we found actual runing is compared with FS,it has a deviation andexisting problem.We analysis this reason,take a propose and solution,whichprove the scientific basis for decider.In the project post-estimation,We firstly introduce the survey of thisproject and the main data and conclusion of the FS.With actual recovery ,bycomparison,we found it is wrong in FS.So it has big deviate between planningrecovery and actual recovery.By the analysis for the financial statement, environment, and socialbenefit, we think it is still feasible to run the project.By the analysis for the actual conditions, the recovery amount of thewastewater in fact per year is adjusted as bellow:The annual recovery plan unit:1×104ton年份 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011产量 508.0 512.6 515.9 556.2 707.3 1031.5 1031.5 1031.5We again analysis the economy for this project based on the above plan.The main economy index as bellow:FNPV(ic=10%) 30.1104 milliontonsFIRR 31.00%Pt(Reclaim period) 2.01 years? auxiliary indexInvestment profit rate 59.52%According the data, this project is feasible on economy. |
