Since reform and opening-up, the industry of our country has rapid development and made greater achievements, but some problem still exists, such as unbalanced development and unreasonable structure. The industry productivity in our country still centralized to the coastal area even if after large scale developments in west of China. The gap has gradually expanded in recent years. So the research on the performance between the two regions has theoretical and practical significance.Although the research of foreign scholars have been matured gradually in the field of economic performance, and many have formed a great deal of regular understanding. However, the special conditions of our country determined that the change of the industrial economy performance level of our country has its special characters. The research in this paper is base on the framework of the "structure-conduct-performance", and we analyzes the influence degree of the various factors that influence the regional industrial performance of the western and eastern, such as system, capital , industrial structure and so on.This article is divided into five chapters.Chapter one gives a brief elaboration about the background of study on this text, the research meaning, we introduce the research thought, the method, the innovation, the deficiency and so on in this paper.Chapter two carries on the comprehensive investigation to relevant literature, so as to obtain the basic basis and prerequisite of theory analyze. It revolves mainly around two aspects.
