Analyzing The Realistic Function Of Science And Technology Towards Abrupt-rising In The Mid-part Of China.

Through analyzing the realistic function of science and technology towards the economic society's development, this thesis illustrates science and technology's epoch features and its historical inevitabability from Marx's scientic view , "Scicene is the productive force", to Deng Xiaoping's scientific argument, "Science and technology is the first productive force". Simultaneously, through concluding the science and technology optimistic and pessimistic scholars' opinions about the function of science and technology, on one side, this thesis confirms the active significance of the above two opposites; on the other side, it conducts the necessary negation and criticism towards them. Based on the above, the author would analyze the inevitability from the traditional developing view to the sustainable and scientific developing one, and obtain the philosophical significance that Jiangxi Province should carry out the scientific policy to realize its target of abrupt- rising in the mid-part of China.Through carrying out the scientific developing view, and analyzing the relationship between science and technology and the policy of Jiangxi's abrupt-rising in the mid-part of China, and the scientific developing view and the policy, the thesis would target on the finding of the developing measures of Jiangxi's abrupt-rising. After having a clear understanding that the abrupt-rising should conform with the scicentific argument, " Science and technology is the first productive force", we should emphasize the development's initial significance and stick to the policy of "human being first" and harmonized development. After having a clear understanting of the inevitabalilty that Jiangxi's hi-tech transformation should follow the newly-styled industrialization road, we are well-informed about protecting the the present good enviornment is not only the pressure of developing , but also the advantage, and the thesis attempts to search for the significance and measures of developing eco-economy and constucting eco-city and eco-Jiangxi, through analyzing the econological envionment and economic society conditon. In addition, the thesis provides some views about the key problems of the human resource constuction and the prevention of the possible harm brought by science and technology in Jiangxi economic society's sustainable development.
