Research On Credit Aid Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

With the flourishing development of market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have already grown into the important pillar of our national economy gradually, playing a more and more important role in promoting the scientific and technological progress, expanding international trade, increasing employment etc. So the sound development of small and medium-sized enterprises has very important meanings. Financing is an outstanding problem in all the factors that influencing the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research is mainly about how to strengthen the credit aid to small and medium-sized enterprises. The main research results herein are:(1) Regard surveying and studying the data in small and medium-sized enterprises as the foundation and combining theory analysis, I concluded that credit financing is the main way of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in the present stage and future in our country.(2) Through visiting and investigating to many commercial banks, I described the current difficult situation of credit financing of small and medium-sized enterprises and origin causes of formation in our country.(3) I proposed that setting up a new system in the relation construction between the bank and enterprise, and explained the operational mode of this system.(4) In the concrete operation of the credit aid, I gived the schemes about loan variety, loan technology, loan target and loan pricing, which met the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.(5) With the credit grading system of certain commercial bank as source, I put forward the substantive suggestion for revision in setting up the credit grading system of small and medium-sized enterprises.(6) I gave the proposition that how to strengthen the financial ecological environment in our country, mainly from the angle of the construction of credit assurance organization, the law concerning credit assurance and social reference system.
