Industrial Effective Analysis Of FDI To China And Relative Policy Suggestions

Accompanied by the development of world economic integration, foreign direct investment has become an important part of the main economies, and promotes one of the main engines in economic development. Since the reform and opening policy in 1978, the introduction of foreign capital has increased, foreign direct investment has played a significant positive role to our rapid economic development; But also made China's market economy become more complex and volatile, affect a broader scope. 。Given the significant economic influence and special economic status of foreign direct investment on the market, this paper has done more effectiveness analysis of FDI to China's industrial structure. Firstly, from a theoretical abstract of the key factors and the assessment criteria affecting the structural upgrade, this paper has done a theoretical platform of the section behind. Secondly, this paper has done a research about China's industrial structure and the effects of foreign direct investment to our country's industries. Then through statistical comparisons and specific models on foreign direct investment to upgrade the industrial structure of China, we has done more scientific empirical analysis, and draw the relevant conclusions. Finally, article analysis and forecasts foreign direct investment trends and its impacts of China's industrial structure after china enters into WTO; in the end, this paper provides the related industrial development policy recommendations about how to give the better guidance and control of foreign direct investment, and how to make it play positive effects of China's industrial optimization.
