The paper tried to explain the important influence of entrusted agent responsibility in enterprise governance improvement and standard entrusted agent responsibility's influence on listed companies in China's transition period; on the other hand, according to China's specific conditions, the paper made an empirical analysis of the relevance of listed companies' capital structure, shares structure and performance and worked out theory judgment and empirical data of the influence of various factors on capital structure theory.
