With the development of science and economy, the balance of home mortgage is increasing rapidly. According to the increasing rapidity, the banks can't meet the increasing demand of home mortgage, for there are some essential limitations in the traditional model of loan, such as lack of money, and the limited recourse, "to provide a loan according to saving" or" short term deposit for long term loan ", this model obviously can't meet the huge potential demand. With the further opening of capital market, the competition would be more drastic; but now the system of financial market is far from prefect, the risks are almost in banks, the capital market still can't bring into play.
