Study On The Correlation Between Influence Factors Of Technical Innovation Ability In Science And Technological Parks And Performance

During economical globalization, the region economy directly participates in the global competition day by day; region technology innovation ability is becoming a decisive factor to obtain international competition advantage day by day as well as the important symbol of competitive advantage which local economical participant in. This article studies systematically formation mechanism of technology innovation system in science and technological parks thoroughly, and some core problems such as demonstration and strategy of influence factors of technology innovation ability in science and technological parks and performance, taking technology innovation capability in science and technological parks as the research object, utilizing synthetically some elementary theories of management science, regional economics and development economic, and using number principle analysis method and multiple regression analysis technology. On this basis, aiming at how to control technical innovation capability in science and technological parks for government and then promoting technical innovation ability and the development of region economy, the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion are proposed.Firstly, based on studying on development of science and technological parks and the important role of technology innovation ability in science and technological parks, summarizes present research situation of related technical innovation ability of domestic and foreign, technology innovation capability appraisal as well as the key influence factors of technology innovation ability in science and technological parks and its performance. On this basis, some problems, deficiency as well as innovation are pointed out.Secondly, on the basis of summarizing national innovation system and regional innovation theory of domestic and foreign, the paper puts forward the conception of technical innovation capability of science and technological parks and analyzes the characteristic, behavior organization including enterprise, university, research institution, finance institution, agency service institution and government, and knowledge flow of technical innovation system in science and technological parks in detail, which provides stable academic basis for following construction of theory model and demonstration research.
