Along with the socialist economy system reform and the financial system reform are unceasingly deepen, the small-medium enterprises develop very well and their financial service demand is vigorous. But the small-medium enterprises cannot obtain the comprehensive financial services from commercial banks for some reasons. At the same time, Chinese commercial banks are also facing more and more keen competition, so they need to carry out strategic reform urgently. At present, the sustainable development problem of commercial banks and small-medium enterprises has been a hot point and key question of common interest in the field of finance and economic.This dissertation elaborates the question about the improvement of financial services from Chinese commercial banks to SMEs. It attempts to study the financial service demands of SMEs and the financial service supplies of commercial banks to SMEs, discuss the incentives why the commercial banks want to improve the financial services to SMEs, and analyze the feasibility of improving the financial services of commercial banks to SMEs, finally puts forward many practical and feasible countermeasures for commercial banks to improve the financial services to SMEs.First of all, this dissertation explicates the related theory on providing small-medium enterprises financial services by commercial banks. On this basis, this dissertation analyzes the financial demand including credit fund and other financial services from SMEs, and analyzes the present supplies situation which commercial banks offer financial services to SMEs. While Chinese commercial banks had some progresses in financial service, but their financial services to SMEs are so insufficient that cannot satisfy the financial service demands from SMEs effectively. This situation is unfavorable for the development of commercial banks and SMEs. Therefore, Chinese commercial banks should improve in various aspects urgently.Next, this dissertation discusses the feasibility of improving financial services to SMEs from four respects such as the own advantages, the possible difficulties of Chinese commercial banks focus on a few big customer, the international experiences and tendency and the improvement of other external related conditions, thus obtains the conclusion that Chinese commercial banks can completely provide more comprehensive and more perfect financial services for the small-medium enterprises.On the base of various analyses, the dissertation finally put forward measures for...
