Enterprise's competition is talented people's competition essentially. The enterprise who has the first-class outstanding talented person, can win this war out of smoke. The talented person becomes the crucial resources for the enterprise's development. As for the banking industry, it focuses on financial services and belongs to the knowledge and technology intensive. Executives play an important part in the development of financial enterprises. This text carries on the discussion of salary structure of executives in Xiangtan City Commercial Bank (XTCCB), summarizes the affecting factors of salary structure of executives in XTCCB, and analyzes the present situation of that, referring to the salary system in the same profession. Finally, it designs its own salary structure plan, and puts up with improvement proposal aimed at the barrier which may happen during the implementing process.This article establishes the salary system of"datum yearly salary + ultra plan earned bonus + welfare + forward salary"and designs the concrete performance inspection target. It connects the situation of achievement of enterprise's goals with the actual yearly salary of executives on one hand, provides with the welfare system for a relatively secure developing environment on the other hand. Forward salary has solved the long-term incentive problem, and makes the executives promote enterprise's sustainable development.
