Basin modeling technology is currently an important field of petroleum geology research,it uses numerical simulation technology to simulate basin formation, evolution, hydrocarbon generation, migration and accumulation rules in quantitative, dynamic and systematic way, it can quickly and accurately predict oil and gas resources for petroleum exploration. This paper established the full three-dimensional TTI-Ro hydrocarbon generation and component expulsion model, and combined with computer technology to code algorithms for models. Lastly, complete the evolution of generation and expulsion research using hydrocarbon generation and expulsion simulation system in NiuZhuang-Wangjiagang depression of Dongying Depression.TTI-Ro simulation of hydrocarbon generation based on the history of tectonic evolution and the thermal history, it wants to construct the evolution of hydrocarbon generation using the evolution of TTI and maturity of organic. This paper creates the TTI-Ro hydrocarbon generation model and complete simulation algorithm based on Corner point grid. This module obtains a more accurate depositional age of the cell center using the linear correlation in three-dimensional, and complete the reasonable vertical distribution of mudstone in source rocks. Also, the generation model achieves the multi-scale simulation of hydrocarbon generation.The component expulsion model uses thermodynamic method to describe the changes process of pore fluid phase through the evolution of source rocks. It uses components to describe the composition of pore fluid and complete the evolution of hydrocarbon expulsion. This paper establishes the geological model and mathematical simulation of hydrocarbon expulsion. Considering the complexity of geological conditions, the hydrocarbon expulsion model is divided into mechanical compaction stage and the episodic expulsion stage. In the mechanical compaction stage, the compaction is the most important factors to change the volume of pore fluid, also mineral dehydration, hydrocarbon generation, fluid thermal expansion and other factors impact the volume of pore fluid. In the episodic expulsion stage, the abnormal high pressure as the most important factors to impact the expulsion of the pore fluid. Applications the hydrocarbon generation and expulsion simulation system established in this paper to simulation the evolution of generation and expulsion research in NiuZhuang-Wangjiagang Depression of Dongying Depression, and obtain fruitful results. Simulation results show that Es3x and Es4cs are the major source rocks. The sediment of Es1 is the beginning of hydrocarbon generation and it generates a large number of petroleum at the sediment of Guantao, and the most period for the expulsion at the deposition of Minghuazhen. The study area belongs to the late expulsion, and it is effectively to the hydrocarbon accumulation. The source rock of Es3s and Es3z also has a certain amount of resources expulsion, but it takes a little contribution for the hydrocarbon accumulation.
