Inequalities For Means And Diference Of Means

Means and their inequalities have wide applications in physics, mechanics and en-gineering. In the present paper, we study means and diference of means. We find thegreatest value α and the least value β such that the double inequalityholds for all a, b>0with a=b. Here C(a, b), A(a, b) and T (a, b) denote the contra-harmonic, arithmetic and the second Seifert means of two positive numbers a and b,respectively. In addition, we obtain some new inequalities among diference of means,which are generalizations and developments of the known results.
