Mydaeinae is a subfamily of Muscidae in Diptera, They distributed all over the world, and the majority distributed in Oriental and Palaearctic region. So far, it with more than463species currently known worldwide. This paper make the Systematics research of Mydaeinae from China for the first time, represented by7genera118species in China, they are Graphomya (4species), Gymnodia (13species), Hebecnema (8species), Lasiopelta (4species), Mydaea (30species), Myospila (58species), Sinopelta (2species). Keys to the seven genera, the generic diagnosis of seven genera, the distribution of species were provided. Six new species, namely Mydaea sp1. nov., Mydaea sp2. nov., Mydaea sp3. nov., Myospila sp4. nov., Myospila sp5. nov., Myospila sp6. nov. are described. Three new synonym, namely Hebecnema angustifacialis Mou,1984, syn. nov., Myospila flavihumeroides Feng,2001, syn. nov. Myospila flavitibia Guan,2007, syn. nov. are revised. A new combination:Mydaea gansuensis (Ma et Wu,1992), comb.nov., a redescription:Myospila changzhenga Feng,2000, a description:Myospila mimelongata Feng,2007.There are about30000words,31original illustrations, English brief of each new species in this dissertation.The type specimens of new species are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Shenyang Normal University (IESNU), Shenyang, China.
