With location-based mobile services gradually produced, geographic informationsystems are common concern in other areas, the current application of GIS technologychanges from technique application to technology service. Path analysis as a basicapplication of geographic information systems, the main consideration route selection isstatic information, such as road width and length, and rarely to physical exertion asselecting for the path. Furthermore, the coupling modules of GIS will be too high andpreferably the analysis of spatial data processing. Therefore, building a map based onenergy consumption related to the current navigation service system must be considered.Firstly, the establishment of an Triangular Irregular Networks(TIN), is calculatedusing a simplified structure of the road slope section of road gradient through thesimplification and abstraction road surface structure. According to the slope of the impactof different movement pattern generated by the model are given path selection policyanalysis, combined with heuristic algorithm to find the optimal path.Secondly, design the path selection mode and analyze the prototype system theoryand technology roadmap layers within mode. Design and implementation of geographiccomplete elements topology rules table on the layer of data, layer of interaction focus onaccomplish the vector map on the basis of the topology rules, service layer is mainly basedon geometric services and network analysis to establish services.A detailed route choicemode is given. Finally, Yanshan University road navigation services system is a GeographicInformation System concern physical exertion based on ArcGIS, Flex Viewer andGeodabase technologyc.
