This paper researches on a new type of non-welded piping connectiontechnology-axial compressive fit pipe connection technology, which is based on thematerial in the production to achieve the mutual connection and sealing of elasticdeformation under the effect of the interference fit. The formula for the theoreticalfoundation and connection technology category yet walled pipe fittings such models,so this type of pipe joint theoretical derivation formula has a strong theoretical andengineering significance.This article is based on the theoretical basis, first of all, fittings to simplify itsstructure based on preliminary design mechanical model. According to elasticmechanics, mechanics and material mechanics analysis shell thin-walled cylinder andthick cylinder class forces in the form of pipes, the pipes radial stress and radialdisplacement formula. Secondly, elasticity, shell mechanics and mechanics ofmaterials as the theoretical basis for pipe joints mechanics analysis formulas derivedradial displacement in the thick-walled pipe hoop class concentrated force by pipeline,and draw the class preload connection fittings, the connection interference analyticalexpressions.
