The special shaped plate becomes more and more widely used in transform of old town withinthe reform and development of the construction industry. However, the analysis of the special-shapedplate in the calculation of engineering design and analytical elastic solution is very deficient. Thispaper mainly studies the analytical solution of the special-shaped plate and finite element numericalsimulation. This paper mainly studies the elastic analytical solution of the special-shaped plate which issimply supported at four edges and suffered uniformly distributed load. Proposed to let thespecial-shaped plate divide into five rules of rectangular plates, and on the basis of the basic theory ofrectangular plates, using the boundary conditions and continuity conditions to get a simultaneoussolution of the five regular plates. In the application of continuous conditions, three kinds ofassumptions is maked, the assumption of continuity conditions based on constant; the assumption ofcontinuity conditions based on the cosine function; the assumption of continuity conditions based onparabolic function. According to three assumptions, the solution of the special-shaped plate deflectionequation is obtained, and get the maximum deflection of the special-shaped plate.Secondly, establish the finite element models of special-shaped plate by ANSYS, and make acalculation for different materials, different size of special-shaped plate. Get the maximum deflectionin the finite element solution of special-shaped plate. Make a comparison of the theoretical solutionand the finite element solution, and shows the theoretical solution’s reliability and applicability. But, in construction engineering, the special-shaped plate is mostly reinforced concrete plate, considering the combination with the engineering practicability, in this paper, using the ANSYSsoftware to make a simulation calculation for reinforced concrete special-shaped plate in differentmaterials, different size. Comparison shows that the reinforced concrete special-shaped plate lengthand missing Angle size having an effect on the maximum deflection and maximum stress. It canprovide a new reference for the calculation of the special-shaped plate in construction engineering. |
