With the development of remote sensing technology, the resolution of the remote sensingimage which has been improved, and the application of the remote sensing image is becomingmore and more widely. Usually we can use the Orthographical correction to deal with remotesensing image, then it will have high precision and expanding its application fields, currentremote sensing application technology has been widely used in agriculture, forestry, geology,Marine, military, meteorology and other fields. Google Earth can quickly and easily provideusers with the world of a certain accuracy of remote sensing images, remote sensing imageswith the huge amounts of information are gradually find and apply by people. The accuracy ofGoogle Earth remote sensing image is not very high, At present already basic meet therequirements for accuracy is not high in the field of demand, but by download the Googleremote sensing image and deal with geometric correction, improve the accuracy of image,make it has more application value.This dissertation used the Google Earth remote sensing image which we have downloadand block it, to deal with geometric correction, then applied to the rural homestead rightverification and Collective land ownership of land of NiJiaying Town, Linze County,Zhangye City, Gansu Province of China. This method changed the traditional full field survey.With the method of image interpretation, we can Meet the accuracy requirement prescribed bythe state council, at the same time, greatly improve the working efficiency. First of all, hasrealized the accurate information of2D, we also use software to model the surface features ofGoogle Earth image, extracting the3D information of surface features. And analyzed theinfluence on building height for different terrain, and come up with my method to modify thelength of the shadow, then it can improve the precision of3D information acquisition. Through the divided into blocks of calibration laboratories of Google remote sensingsatellite images of NiJiaying Town, Linze County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, thefollowing conclusions:(1)The overall alignment error of Google image is very large, andblock correction accuracy is higher than the overall calibration accuracy, it can meet therequirements of Departments of Homeland.(2) Use Google SketchUp software and remotesensing satellite images of surface structures to obtain three-dimensional information, throughthe analysis and discussion the accuracy of experiments on factors affecting,makes precisionthree-dimensional information elevation values to within two meters, designed to meetthe basic needs of the planning department, and can provide a reference value to the planningdepartment.
