The radiation characteristics of the atmospheric boundary observed in limb viewis significant in many fields, such as target recognition, infrared warning and weatherforecasts and other fields. In this paper, analysis and modeling on the radiationcharacteristics of low layer in steady state and upper atmospheric adiationcharacteristics in the auroral, the main research contents are as follows:This paper focused on the steady low layer atmospheric radiative transfer in theatmosphere, using software MODTRAN to establish the database of limb atmosphericradiation intensity under different conditions. Developing a graphical interfacesoftware to simulate limb view detection.Analysis how the seasonal effect, surfaceconditions, weather conditions and other factors affect the atmospheric limb radiationintensity; Analysis the impact of high cirrus clouds on atmospheric radiation; Thesatellite limb view observation process are simulated, the simulation of detector imageare obtained. This paper calculate the initial electron energy spectrum of the top of theatmosphere in three different types of auroral including IBC-II, IBC-III, IBC-III+byMaxwell distribution model. Analysis a variety of atmospheric parameters model, Weuse NRLMSISE-00to calculate the density of O, O2and N2, which is the maincomponent of atmosphere. Use AEDICUA, which is developed by Harbin Institude ofTechnology, to calculate the N(4S) number density and the secondary electron energyspectrum and the generation rate as input data for subsequent calculations. Numberdensity of CO2and NO are collected to establish a database. This paper developed a model for CO2infrared rediative process in4.3micron.This model include the CO2(001)-N2(v=1) system resonance energy transfer process, the N2collision with auroral secondary electron, the sun’s radiation on the excitation ofCO2and CO2(001) spontaneous radiation. Getting the CO2(001) and N2(v=1) numberdensitythe in three types of aurora by solving the equations.
