The reliability research on rain-enhancement rocket and understand its reliabilityperformance provide an important theoretical foundation for production designimprovement and manufacturing process. Through the reliability analysis of therain-enhancement rocket, finding the rocket weaknesses and proposing the improvingand controlling coping tactics in the production development design andmanufacturing process are the key factors to improve rocket quality.Firstly, the paper analyzes the rain-enhancement rocket structure and operatingprinciple, defines its work model and confirms the component and parts which relatesto rain-enhancement system reliability, combines same characteristics of qualityinspection sample criteria and reliability failure criteria, adopts quality inspectionsample data of rain-enhancement rocket components and parts, and evaluates therain-enhancement rocket components and parts reliability via Bayes method. Theinstance analysis of BL-1A rain-enhancement rocket shows that it is feasible andeffective to evaluate the reliability of the rain-enhancement rocket with qualityinspection sample data.Secondly, the paper analyzes the rain-enhancement rocket self-destructionequipment and establishes a mathematical model for rain-enhancement rocketself-destruction sub-system work theory which is based on classical interior ballisticstheory. The paper applies Monte Carlo method to simulate and analysisself-destruction reliability model with proposed comprehensive relevant effectivefactors on the basis of above mathematical model. For BL-1A rain-enhancement andanti-hail rocket applied research result is accordance with engineering actual result,indicating that the given model and its analyses method can be effectively applied toguide rain-enhancement rocket reliability analysis and design.Finally, the paper analyzes the work model of the rain-enhancement rocket andestablishes the reliability failure tree analysis model of the rocket on the basis of therocket task mode, from which the evaluation operational reliability ofrain-enhancement rocket based on BDD failure tree analysis is proposed. Through applying this method to the BL-1A rain-enhancement rocket reliability assessmentand comparing this rain-enhancement rocket reliability qualification test data to verifythe given model and method are correct, the result shows that the method can guiderain-enhancement rocket reliability analysis and evaluation effectively.
