With the development of technology and increasingly rich measurement techniques, therequirements of establishment and maintenance in coordinate system are getting rigid.Currently, international and other nations commitment to the development geocentriccoordinate frame of dynamic and high-precision. On July1,2008, China also enabled2000Chinese Geodetic Coordinate System (CGCS2000) officially. In this paper, CGCS2000velocity field model of continental crustal movement is optimized based on the analysis ofreference stations coordinate time series. The main contents and results of this paper are asfollows:(1)29reference stations observation data from2009to2012in “Crustal MovementObservation Network of China” is calculated by GAMIT/GLOBK in this paper. Compositereference stations coordinate time series from1999to2008, a coordinate time series reach alength of14years is obtained.(2) The method of spectral analysis is used to analyze three reference stations ofBJFS、LHAS and URUM. The results show that the characteristics of sequence are not purewhite noise but a mix of the white noise and flicker noise.(3) Wavelet transform is used to analyze the periodicity of three sites BJFS、LHASand URUM. With three primary periods, the result indicates that reference stations have thecharacter of the half、the annual and long-periodic periodicity, and the periodicity expressotherness in the different regious.(4) The common error for model errors and reference frame errors is the main factorinfluencing solving velocity precision, which is extracted with the methods of PCA and KLEin this paper, and the results show that coordinates average precision are increased by27.9%,34.4%,24.5%, and speed accuracy is also improved.(5) With the “Network Engineering”1067sites speed as the original data, wecalculated Euler vectors of Chinese mainland, the value is-0.000544、-0.003854、0.003711rad/Ma Also we use Multi-Faceted function to interpolate velocity field, the accuracy ofmulti-faceted function in N, E, U directions are2.059mm/a,2.580mm/a,0.031mm/a. Therefore, the multi-function method is used to interpolate velocity field, the speed accuracyare1.7486mm/a,1.8881mm/a,0.0338mm/a in directions of N, E, U.
