Precision time and frequency transfer technology is a basic technical support for onecountry. The rapid development of quantum frequency standards ask for a higher accuracyrequirements for time and frequency transfer, forcing people to study higher precision timeand frequency transfer methods. GPS carrier phase time and frequency transfer is the moststudied methods. Since the GPS carrier phase measurements susceptible to various errors, wehave to control the quality of the data in order to improve the accuracy of the carrier phasetime and frequency transfer. But as an important part of the data processing for the GPS carrierphase time and frequency transfer, cycle slip detection and repair has always been a trickyissue. Although there are a variety of solutions to this problem in domestic and international,there is a variety of inadequate and defects about the traditional cycle slip detection and repairmethods. This paper focuses on using a method for combining epoch difference with robustestimation to improve the traditional method of polynomial fitting, using the theory of robustestimation and applying a new weight function to the coefficients of polynomial fitting.Verified by the actual data, using robust polynomial fitting to detection and repair cycle slips ismore stable and reliable. |
