Embedded Constant Mean Curvature Surfaces In R~3

In this paper, we frst prove that an Embedded Constant Mean Curvature Surfacein R3always has interior ball curvature and it equal to the maximum principal curvatureat every point.then on the basis of this conclusion we prove that an Embedded ConstantMean Curvature Surface in R3,If the maximum main curvature and the minimum principalcurvature diference is positive lower bound,it is in fact a surface of revolution locally.
