N2O molecule is typically asymmetric linear molecule and it has become the primary gas of ozone-depleting substances produced by people. The correct description of the interaction between N2O and other gas molecules is an important research topic in the mid-infrared spectroscopy. At the same time it can provide the basis model for the study of other similar complexes composed of tri-atomic molecules. In this paper, we measured the mid-infrared spectrum of N2O-D2O complex in a supersonic molecular expansion. The main contents are:The rovibrational spectrum of N2O-D2O was observed in the v2bend region. The v2bend origin of complex is determined to be about1175.65289cm-1by fitting the spectrum with the program Pgopher. The band origin has a red-shift of-2.72607cm-1respecting to the D2O-monomer v2bend frequency (1178.37896cm-1). We find that the observed spectrum is perturbed. The perturbation is probably from the interaction between the O2°O vibrational state of N2O and the v2bending vibrational state of D2O. The energies of these two vibrational modes are very close. We get72lines with small errors and some molecular constants through fitting in Pgopher.
