The Bc meson, the heaviest of the ground pseudoscalar meson with explicit both bottom and charm quantum numbers, was observed for the first time by CDF at the Fermilab Tevatron in1998. The Bc meson, laying below BD threshold, is stable for both the strong and electromag-netic annihilation interactions. It can decay only via the weak interaction. It is estimated that one could expect5×1010of Bc meson per year at LHC. There seems to be a golden opportunity and a real possibility to investigate the Bc weak decay. We used QCD factorization method to study the Bc mesons decay process. In the first chapter, it shows that the B meson decay plays an important role in measuring the CP violation and testing the standard model. In the second chapter, we discussed about the methods to study two-body non-leptonic decay of B meson, especially the method for calculating the hadronic matrix elements. The QCD factorization that we used in this article is reviewed. In the third chapter, we calculated the average branching ratios of Bc→DP, DV decays using QCD factorization. The fourth chapter is summary and outlook.
