Electromagnetic field can be seen as a series of collection of harmonic vibration with various frequencies. The ground state of quantum electromagnetic field is called quantum vacuum state of electromagnetic field. The zero vibration of all quantum electromagnetic field modes is called vacuum fluctuations of electromagnetic field. The Casimir-Polder force and Casimir effect are macroscopic observable effects of the quantum fluctuations. They are indispensable parts of quantum mechanics and have very important significances in theoretical research. They also have important applications in the nanoscience and identification of surface atoms and are hot problems in the study on the theory of quantum mechanics.Using the perturbation theory, this paper mainly studied the Casimir-Polder energy of the atom and cavity wall in a dielectric cavity with output coupling and obtained higher order term and temperature on the Casimir-Polder energy between the atom and wall. Results show the contributions of the higher order term and temperature to the Casimir-Polder energy of the atom and cavity wall. And the higher order term contributes to the Casimir-Polder energy of the atom and cavity wall, and is related to the dielectric, the size of the cavity, the cavity loss, and so on.
