Magnetic photonic crystal is a new materials within periodic dielectric structures of photonic band gap as well as magnetic material components. It has not only the special optical properties of photonic crystal, but also the basic magnetic properties of magnetic materials. This thesis describes the method of gaining new magnetic three-dimensional photonic crystals microspheres through assembly filling with magnetic. The microspheres were shown by fiber optic spectrometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM). By chemical modification of microsphere surface and the binding to the biological macromolecules, the author explored its feasibility to test FB1through chemiluminescence immunoassay detection system.Common three-dimensional photonic crystals microspheres are assembled from improving Stobe method, setting the ratio components of ammonia, water and TEOS, making monodisperse nano silica particles by lab homemade photonic crystal assembly equipment. Fe3O4nanoparticles were fabricated by partial reduction co-precipitation method. Magnetic three-dimensional photonic crystals microspheres were obtained with ultrasound and adsorption. Characterization results show that the magnetic three-dimensional photonic crystals microspheres has uniform size and nanometer silica particles, arranged orderly without apparent incision, crack and dislocation phenomenon. At the same time, magnetic nanoparticles are observed on the surface and cross section. Magnetic three-dimensional photonic crystals microspheres have obvious peaks.FB1-BSA is bound to the surface of magnetic three-dimensional photonic crystal microsphere modified epoxy. The detection condiction for FB1, including the coated pH of buffer solution, coating antigen concentration, first antibody dilution ratio, second antibody dilution ratio and the reaction time of chemiluminescence substrate were optimized. Finally the detection linear curve range is1-0.001ng/mL, the linear equation is y=2851.475-1925.135x, R2=0.997. Magnetic photonic crystal microsphere for chemiluminescence signal has enhanced compared to common photonic crystal microsphere.
