In this study, more than30strains of lactic acid bacteria were isolated from kinds of traditional dairy products camel milk and yoghurt from pastoral areas of A La Shan. Pick two excellent live lactic acid bacteria (LT with LS) for identi-fication, and determine the species combined with modern molecular biology me-thods. we conduct an vitro bacteriostasis experiment, acid experiment and bile sa-It resistance experiment on this two bacteria (LT with LS). In addition, we fed to mice with these two strains of lactobacillus which were prepareted into different doses of bacteria suspension in order to conduct body fight infection test, Enzy-me-linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)determination of cellular immune factor test and flow cytometry instrument measurement function of T lymphocyte subse-ts of tests. The results showed that the figure appearance and the result of Physiology a-nd biochemistry identification of Lactic acid bacteria we have used were consist-ent to the Molecular biology identification of16S rDNA. As to the metabolic pro-ducts of the Lactic acid bacteria, we had also found that they had strong bacteri-ostatic activity which tended to rise with the decrease of pH value and showed no changes under the affection of pepsin activity and trypsin. Mean while, by regula-ting the pH value and content of bile salts in MRS nutrient medium we had found that the2superior strains both could stay alive under the circumstance of low pH value and high content of bile salts. In the test of in vivo anti-infection, we had found that the2superior strains could protect mice well. At the day of5th after we stopped feeding, we separated the Lactic acid bacteria we had fed in the inte-stinal tracts of mice but no colibacillus K88strain was found. At last, the result using Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA) method and Flow Cytometry analysis showed that filling and the dose of bacteria liquid, microbial of different sources, times have different Significant affect on discharge of various immune cytokines and T lymphocyte subgroup in mice.
