As the traditional diagnosis way of scale questionnaire-type(DSM-IV, Conners scale for children) cannot be objective and accurate to diagnose ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder), researching and developing an ADHD diagnostic way on the basis of objective data has become an important research direction. The GT3X(one of the triaxial acceleration sensor) test and the IVA(integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test) evaluation are more objective ways of diagnosis, but the GT3X is not a good evaluation for the attention deficit which is the core symptoms of ADHD, and the IVA is also easyly influenced by the factors of visual and hearing disorders, sensory integration and cognitive impairment. Aiming at these defects, this paper researchs and develops an ADHD diagnosis method and a computing tool based on GT3X and IVA’s data, realizing a more comprehensive and accurate diagnosis for ADHD. Specific include:(1) This paper uses the DSM-IV and the Conners scale for children to screen the experimental group and control group of children. After screening, the two groups respectively do the GT3X and the IVA test in order to get the quantitative diagnostic data that consists of wrist and ankle counts value of GT3X and integrated control and attention quotient value of IVA. Based on those diagnostic data, this paper presents a multifactor logistic regression diagnosis method, which is used to build a logistic model. The model is used to diagnose the ADHD, avoiding the influence of subjective factors. The result shows that the multifactor logistic diagnosis method has a higher accuracy, and reduces the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate at the same time.(2) Based on the Logistic diagnosis model,this article has designed and developed an ADHD auxiliary diagnosis prototype system. The prototype system consists of the functions of hospital management, user management, ADHD diagnostic management, statistical export, logistic model coefficients setting and access control. The system’s test indicates that the system greatly improves the doctor’s working efficiency, and reduces the patients’s waitting time.(3) The prototype system is integrated with the hospital information system. Using MSMQ message middleware technology, this paper combines the prototype system with IVA by data. Meanwhile, through the message of client, the system operator sents GT3X’s diagnostic data to the message server for ADHD diagnosis, which lessens the operator’s information input workload.The integrated system test shows that the diagnosis efficiency becomes better.
