Flex-based Design And Implementation Of Housing Security Digital Map System

Housing is necessities of people daily life，which is related to the people’s livelihoodconstruction.In recent years, housing difficulties has become one of the main problems hinderingthe social harmony with the rapid rising of house price.Under the national relevant policysupport, governments at all levels are urgent to execute housing security work vigorously, whichmakes information management also become the focus of future work.WebGIS as a product of the Internet technology applied to the GIS development, has itsown unique advantages in information transmission. In this paper, it is on this basis to build amore perfect housing security digital map system to realize information release, query, statisticsand analysis, which not only is conducive to quick access to business information management,update and release for management personnel, but also makes the housing information open andtransparent, which facilitates the realization of public active participation in the housing securityenterprise.Thus, it effectively improves the serious situation of housing to certain extent.On the basis of housing security work requirements and related research status, in this paperit puts forward the overall framework of housing security system design, including systemrequirements analysis (industry information background, the user requirements, datarequirements, system operation performance requirements and environmental requirements),system design objectives, overall design, function design, database system design, software andhardware configuration and system security design.On the basis of housing security system design framework, using SQL Server and ArcSDE spatial data database management system; System framework based on service orientedarchitecture (SOA), using ESRI ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Desktop software platform drawing,releasing relevant geographic service; In the software platform and Flex API under the support oftechnology, the development of prototype system based on ArcGIS API for Flex-housingsecurity digital map system of Huangshi city in Hubei.According, research results in this paper are as follows:(1) to analyze the currentmainstream ArcGIS API for Flex as rich client development kit, which not only simplifies thehigh requirements for technical implementation, but achieves better system between eachplatform sharing and transplantation;(2) based on the analysis of the specific requirements of thehousing security map system, to design the overall architecture of the system and this mode ofthe system each function module;(3) to complete the system database design, including basicgeographic database design and database model design of housing security project information,which will provide a reference model of spatial database design for the future construction ofhousing security.(4) to realize the GP services, including map editing tools and map update tool,which reduces the complexity of the system maintenance;(5) to make system eventually realizedand verified, to show the high running efficiency and strong interaction ability and abundantexpressive force of the WebGIS.The map information system research and development practice of housing security ofHuangshi in Hubei shows that:(1) the GIS has the very high practical value in terms of housingsecurity information. It can provide housing security map for the public such as housing securityplanning, construction projects, ensuring the hug, ensuring family distribution, etc. Further,managers can easily maintain related information.(2) to verify the rationality of the research framework of housing security system put forward in this paper and the design idea, providingthe reference for the design of other similar systems development, which has the very goodpromotion and popularization value.
