With the development of the society, science and technology, the computation speed of computer is increasing at a rapid pace, the classical security system is facing an unprecedented threat, makeing the security situation of confidential information very serious. People urgently need a kind of alternative technologies to realize the more safety and reliable cryptosecurity.Classical security system, which is based on mathematical calculation complexity, it makes the translation cost extremely high, so as to achieve security, it has the characteristics of simple and highly effective, is widely used. However, computing speed continuously improve become a threat to its security foundation and in the process of implementation the pseudo random parameters by computer itself is not safe and reliable enough. The quantum cryptography different from classical security system is based on quantum physics and has been proved to be an effective technique for secure key distribution, Any eavesdropper can not measure the information without been discovered. However, the current rate of quantum key distribution is so slow that can not meet the high-speed use of the key.In this paper, the classical security system and quantum encryption are been studied. Combining the advantages of the two encryption systems, by useing the "Quantum-Classic" mix encryption, quantum digital signature system and video encryption chat system is designed and developed, implement the safe and efficient communication security, the main contents are as follows. Research and analyses the fundamental knowledge of classical and quantum encryption. Based on the BB84quantum key distribution protocol, combined the quantum key with the classical cryptography, two "Quantum-Classic" information security software system solutions are been proposed:Quantum digital signature and Quantum video chat encryption system Based on quantum cryptography and ElGamal digital signature system, a digital signature system based on quantum key is been designed and developed. Based on quantum cryptography and AES symmetric encryption system, a encrypt video chat system based on quantum key is been designed and developed.
