With the acceleration of industrialization process in our country, the surface and near-surface ore resources have been exhausted. Prospecting work is moving forward to the deep, edge and peripheral direction of mines. It is also faced with great technical problems of big depth and difficult location. Revealing the implicit relationship between known ore body and ore-controlling geological factors is the key to solve this question. There is a tight link between the formation of gold ore and the transformation, leading, bearing and overlaying effects of deep faults. Thus, revealing the spatial relationship between ore-controlling faults and gold mineralization distribution is the premise of stereo quantitative predicton of conceled ore body in deep and edge area.A method for faults three-dimensional modeling based on mining exploration geological data and TIN model is introduced in this paper including fault data acquisition, digitization and wireframe model establishment from the data structrue characteristic of TIN. Considering the destructive effect and ore-forming space destroyed by fault is not helpful for accurately mineralization information extraction, a method of offset faults restoration modeling is innovatively put foward and related algorithms are designed. Three spatial analysis techniques including space distance analysis, fault trend of ups and downs analysis and slope analysis to reveal the spatial relationship of mineralization distribution and faults morphology are described in this paper and the related algorithms are designed.Dayingezhuang gold deposit is a clastic altered rock type gold deposit on Zhaoping fault belt which is a famous gold metallogenic belt. In order to better indicate the prospecting direction of Dayingezhuang gold mine, three-dimensional model of Zhaoping main fault and Dayingezhuang fault have been established under the guidance of geological knowledge, offset part restoration model has been established with the help of FaultRec procedure three spatial analysis techniques have been used to extract metallogenic information of the main fault and mineralization. Last these spatial relationships of the main fault and mineralization are formed and a brief geologic interpretation has been given for drawn scatter diagram to serve the practice of stereoscopic quantitative predicton of conceled ore body of deep and edge area around Dayingezhuang gold deposit.
