Mining promotes the development of national economy and the improvement in people’s life, at the same time, brings a lot of negative impact caused by mining subsidence, such as ground subsidence、soil erosion and underground water levels fall. The ground subsidence leads to the destruction of builds (destructions) and the deterioration of ecological environment. Especially along with the fast development of the economic, the coal resources exploitation scale of coal mining and mining intensity is increasing, and the ground subsidence disaster more and more serious. The industrial and agricultural production and people’s normal life of mining area is affected significantly. In order to minimize reduce the land subsidence disaster that mining subsidence to the people, we must effectively manage and analyze the characteristics of the ground subsidence disaster survey data, scientifically analyze the basic condition of the ground subsidence damage status and distribution state, and accurately predict the ground subsidence disaster.This paper establishes ground subsidence disaster database system based on the ground subsidence observation data in25mining area of YangMei group, at the same time, realizes the integrated management of spatial data and attributes data in the YangMei mining area. The system selects ArcGIS" Engine10.0as the geographic information platform, the Visual Studio2010as the development environment, c#as the development language and, with SQL Server as the backstage database, designing and developing the functions of spatial data and attribute data management and query, spatial analysis, mapping and mapping, the ground subsidence damage range forecast, eagle eye, and so on.This paper uses ArcCatalog module of ArcGIS to ground subsidence spatial data into the database, and through the ArcSDE spatial data engine implementation of spatial database access.This paper applies GIS to mining subsidence, and first calculates the ground subsidence damage boundary by moving Angle,then maps the contour curvature, inclined and horizontal deformation through the mountain mining subsidence prediction software, and its critical isoline buffer for surface data and mining subsidence influence boundary are superimposed analysis, calculate the ground subsidence damage boundary correction, last modified circle the ground subsidence damage boundary, eventually make the prediction results more accurate. Surface subsidence damage area is the area of subsidence damage area, which provides the theory for sufficient and reasonable exploitation of underground mineral resources and the protection of mining area on the ground buildings and so on from mining.The results of the study have certain theoretical and practical reference value to YangMei mining area and the prevention and slow of the entire mining area in Shanxi ground subsidence disaster.
