Gas hydrate is a new kind of clean energy which has huge benefit to research, as present research on gas hydrate cutter suction mining is very little and the study of vertical pipe hydraulic lifting has not yet started, Based on the the4000m vertical pipe, which is one of the most important components in submarine gas hydrate cutter suction mining system, as the research object, using theory modeling calculation combined with computational fluid dynamics simulation method to study the structural, flow field and mineral parameters’influence on the pipe flow and design parameters of the system.This article main research contents and conclusions are as follows:At first, the submarine gas hydrate cutter suction mining system’s overall structure and working principle were introduced,4000m vertical pipe structural, flow field, mineral parameters and system head and power were analyzed.Then using FLUENT software and corresponding CFD turbulence model to simulate and analyze the solid liquid two phase flow in pipe, in order to get the pipe diameter and flow, velocity of slurry and mineral density, particle size and volume concentration influence law of pressure loss, set the minimum energy consumption as the goal for optimization analysis, then analyzed the sensitivity of the parameters on the energy consumption; established function relationship between sea depth and gas hydrate decomposition parameters through pipe pressure distribution, flow field parameters influence law on the critical level of gas hydrates’ decomposition and decompose parameters were obtained. Using FLUENT software to simulate and analyze solid-water-gas flow in pipe with gas hydrate decomposition parameters as gas boundary conditions, analyzed production of the gas phase influence on head and power.Finally, verify the feasibility and accuracy of pipe minimum lifting speed through experiment on particle settling velocity.
