Endophytic fungi are fungi that inhabited in the tissues of health plants and having nopathological stress or obvious infection to its hosts. There demonstrates positive symbiosisbetween the endophytic fungi and the hosts. The reaserch show that the isolation of fungi areimpacted on different growth periods and different parts of the organization.And theendophytes are biodiversity. There are a lot of research reports about endophytic fungi fromHouttuynia in recent years. And it has isolated endophytic fungi which have bacteriostaticactivity but it is lack of further study.In this experiment, studying Houttuynia in different growth periods, different part of theorganization endophyte population structure and ecological distribution,discover Houttuyniaendophyte biodiversity. The results obtained were as follows:1, A total of3822fungi were isolated from idifferent issues of Houttuynia, including834endophytic fungi in root,1177endophytic fungi in stem,1521endophytic fungi in leaf and290endophytic fungi in flower;411endophytic fungi in spring,2782endophytic fungi insummer,629endophytic fungi in autumn. A total of55fungal taxa were identified accordingto the morphology and ITS sequences, which belonged to three subdivision seven classisseven order nineteen genus. Most of fungal taxa belonged to anamorph of Deuteromycotina.2, Classification level of the order, Moniliales was dominant endophytic fungi,61.62%of the total number of strains;classification in family level, Dematiaceae was endophyticfungi,38.41%of the total number of strains; In the genus level, Alternaria and Fusariumare dominant endophytic fungi, respectively, the total number of strains of37.55%and18.50%. Alternaria、Colletotrichum、Fusarium, Phoma genus were the common species indifferent tissues, Alternaria、Epicoccum、Fusarium、Penicillium, Phoma,Plectosphaerellagenus were the common species in different seasons.3, The diversity analysis result of the fungi isolated from different seasons and differentissues indicated that the difference of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef indexwere spring was the highest.While evenness index from autumn was the highest, followed byspring and summer.Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef index were of fungi in different issues were root was the highest, followed by stem、leaf and flower. While evennessindex from leaf was the highest, followed by root、stem and flower.
